Hey, its great to here from you thanks you the letter, i did get the package, thank you very much it was perfect. i did write the scotts, i wrote mom and she said that she printed out my email and sent it to them. so hows work been? hows your health? i have a great testimony of the importance of being obedient with exactness. when we make promises with the lord, and we comply with our part, God is able to bless us. for example, me and my comp,
decided that we are going to every day do some things perfectly obedient, like a promise to God. and as we have completed, God has pored out blessing upon us. and it has been in ways that we never expected. for example by
doing 20 contacts every day, without flt, god has put families in our path, families of gold. that are prepared to accept us. i have a great testimony of obedience. one think that is very very cool, and i am very excited about. one of my converts, here in this sector, his name is Bryan, he is 13 years old, and reminds me of chad just a little more shy is going to receive the priesthood, on the 11th of April. and we are talking with him about his mission right now. to help him have the desire to serve. its incredible the tender mercies that the lord shows us and the fruits that we are able to see right now. i love this work, i love being able to be an instrument in the hands of the lord. and this young man reactivated his mom, and its only a matter of time till his father is baptised. i love this ward. i was blessed to have my birthday on a sunday. and i was really able to feel the love of the members here in this ward. in fact the dad of another convert of mine,who is not a member but shortly will be, gave me a gift that i didn't want to except, a watch, of Mercedes-benz, and he accidentally left the price tag, it is a limited edition 100 dollar watch. needless to say i dont think i will be using it, but will keep it in the case. i also received other things very cool, i feel very loved here in chile. well thank you so much for everything, for your example to me as a worthy priesthood holder. i hope you are working Chad into the ground, the times that i was working with you and doing all those things with you, were the best times of my life, and i will never forget the thinks i learned and the good times i had. i love you, and am praying for you health. thank you for everything.

Thanks for the fotos! its good to see that you guys are enjoying the cabin. we have had some aftershocks but they have been down in the south where the earthquake hit. so they were not very strong here, there hasnt been much damage here where i am. just people freaking out. life is pretty much back to normal for us. its a country of earthquakes, and they kind of expect them here. but things are going great here, i have been having some great experiences, and we can really see the hand of the lord in his work. i have been with Elder Fuller for 3 transfers at the end of this one, (4 1/2 months) in the same sector also, i am enjoying every minute of it, and am learning tons every day. i have a big testimony that if we do our part that the lord will always complete his part. God is always willing to bless us, we only have to give him a reason to do so. i love you guys and i pray for you always. hey, sorry i dont have much time to write, i wanted to send you some photos and write a good long letter, but we had an activity in our zone and me and my comp were in charge, it was fun. we played football and made crapes. anyway with all the things that we did i didnt have time to use the internet, i had to use all the time to write president May. sorry but next time i will send you pictures for sure. i love you all, and sorry, but thats the mission, and i love it.

Hola como está? its good to hear from you all. thank you for your concern and support that you have shown me. we are all fine here in chile, well the missionaries are at least. some dont have houses and lost a lot but mostly down south, only a few in santiago. the church has done alot here in chile to help, the people badly affected. things have been a little different here, but be have tried to get back to work as soon as possible, we have seen that the lord knows what hes doing and is preparing the people here to better accept the gospel, opening their hearts. everything passes for a reason. we have heard some amazing stories as well, and know that the lord blesses and protects his people. we have had to take some extra safety measures but other than that we are getting back to normal, we have water and light now so that is good, also we have food in the house so we dont have to fast for several days in a row, that is good, and i only lost a few pounds do to lack of food. the members are great to us here and are really looking out for us. i am just happy to be in the service of the lord and no matter what happens, its ok, if we are perpared and doing what we should be doing. well i love you all and hope you have a great week, and dont worry im sure those packages will come, also, im going to go buy a new cd player if its ok, the old one broke in the earthquake, we are going to go into the center plaza of town today, and i think i will buy one there. thank you for everything and i love you all.

Hi!!! everyone just to let you know i am safe and sound. also before i forget my new email address is tylern@myldsmail.net i had to change it today. well the earthquake was exciting. in our apartment we had only miner damages, a few things broke (like that cd player that i have) bummer!! :) and some glass but all in all we are ok. well we havent had electricity or water since it happened, thats fun. it happened in the night at like 3:57 in the morning, it woke us up and the whole house was shaking and the apartments were swaying back and forth like crazy, we live on the forth floor. so we ran under the door frame were we where told was safer, and prayed the whole time. throughout the day all of saturday and part of sunday there were aftershocks and one level 4 i think, but nothing like the first. then all of saturday we had to stay in the house and couldnt leave, the phones were down and no power the whole time. but our apartments held up well, there are some houses that were completely destroyed and a lot that were only partly, of some members as well, but they are all ok en my sector. we didnt have church on sunday, and spent the day visiting members and people in need. we were supposed to have changes today but of course that didnt happen, new missionaries cant even get into the country. well i love you all and will talk to you later, sorry i dont have much time to answer more questions, just pray for the people and members here in chile.
